Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission.
- Develop bid strategies and win themes in collaboration with sales, technical, and delivery teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
- Analyse RFPs/RFIs and client requirements to create compliant and tailored responses.
- Prepare and review proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments related to bids and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Track and report bid progress, maintaining documentation and records for future reference.
- Support in pricing strategy discussions and commercial reviews.
- Manage client communications related to bid clarifications and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development.
- Strong understanding of the RFP/RFI process, with experience managing large and complex bids.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools.
- Strong project management, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT services, consulting, or related industries.
- Knowledge of proposal automation tools and CRM systems.
- Certification in APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) or similar is a plus.
