Our team in the UK is expanding! We’re looking to hire ambitious, driven Solution Architects to drive our pipeline. As an Architect in our Technology team, you’ll be charged with helping us transform our business through technological changes, in digital and automation.

We’re looking for you to provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of the automation framework and ensure the adoption of the framework in all the QA teams in the organisation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews.
  • Lead Technical architecture for cutting-edge software solutions for our customers and initiatives for productisation, during sales and delivery phases.
  • Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium
  • UI and/or API-level test automation expertise
  • Experience with web service technology like XML, REST, and SOAP.
  • Understanding of architectural framework such as TOGAF, MODAF etc.
  • Experience in high volume, high throughput web/e-commerce environment
  • Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in eCommerce and Web Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies.
  • Expertise with web performance infrastructure (CDNs, caching, reverse-proxies) and cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic.
  • Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in developing and enhancing automation testing frameworks.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.

Must have:

  • Recent 3+ years of hands-on development experience addressing functional and non-functional requirements for large-scale projects/products.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Platform / Power Apps etc.
  • 1+ years of solution architecture or technical lead experience working across two of the following: Front End Apps, Backend End Platforms, Middleware APIs, Video Streaming, DevOps

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to support business development activities by designing innovative, cost-effective, and scalable solutions tailored to client requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation: ₹15–18 LPA + Performance-Based Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand client requirements and develop customised solutions that align with their business goals. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the presales process. 
  • Design end-to-end solutions, including architecture, technical specifications, and integration plans. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demos to clients. 
  • Conduct technical workshops and discussions to understand client needs and demonstrate solution capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, delivery, and operations) to ensure solution feasibility and alignment. 
  • Support in RFP/RFI responses, providing technical inputs and solution documentation. 
  • Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies during the solution design phase. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance solution offerings. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. 
  • 8+ years of experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles. 
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise architecture, and IT infrastructure. 
  • Proven experience in designing complex technical solutions across multiple domains. 
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. 
  • Proficiency in proposal writing, technical documentation, and solution costing. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or similar. 
  • Experience working in IT services, consulting, or product-based environments. 
  • Knowledge of DevOps, microservices, APIs, and security architectures.
