We are seeking a skilled End User Engineer to provide technical support, manage end-user devices, and ensure seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with end-user technologies, and a proactive approach to IT support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with IT policies.
- Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and data protection regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and procedures.
- Provide remote and on-site support as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4+ years of experience in end-user support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), ITIL, etc.
- Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and virtualisation tools.
